Western Pest Control, or "western bug" as I call them, have been chasing bugs away from my home for over a year. I am so pleased with the good job they do each time they come. Todd arrived on Thursday for my scheduled service. He is so considerate. Like each of the Western Pest Control technicians, he took off his shoes before entering. I love that Todd and all the others are so thorough in the work they do, both inside the house, and throughout the garage, patio and front yard. I don't think I could live in this area, without these guys keeping the cockroaches and other bugs away from my home. I DON'T LIKE BUGS, but I sure like the service provided by Western Pest Control, and the great people who provide this service. I recommend them very highly. ~ Sue M

I highly recommend Austin at Western Pest Control. Ask for Austin. He’s the best! I really appreciate how he texts me directly ahead of time. The day before and on the day of service. Lets me know when he will arrive. He quickly replies to my texts concerning the issues I’m experiencing before he arrives. Pays close attention to the fact I might have dogs 🐕 to consider. He closes our gate always as he’s working jic. Even when I tell him our dogs are inside the house. Austin is very knowledgeable, good listener, and takes time to answer my specific questions concerning safety, chemicals, names and types of insects, etc. Glen did a good job today! We had an uninvited scorpion visit our home last evening. He hid under our couch. I freaked!! My poor husband had to endure my paranoia for a few hours until I finally agreed to go to bed if we left the lights on. First thing this morning we called Western. Austin showed up, and he was fabulous. I had many questions, and he answered them all. He was able to wrangle our unwanted guest and remove him, plus treat our home and garden with the needed scorpion treatment. I can finally go back into the living room without jumping out of my skin. I have had a great experience with Western Pest Control for over ten years. I live fifty miles out from their home office but they have come this distance to service me each time they have called. I find their office staff very friendly and professional. Each time they have come to service my large home and property it has been done promptlyand sensitively. I have not had to make calls to the office following service because they have done what I asked and not just prevented future problems with bugs and insects but have taken care of any exisiting problems. My neighbors even ask them to come over and do their homes when they see the Western truck in my driveway. I will continue to use them and recommend them. ~ Susan R

Just had Scott spray my house inside and out. He was also very professional. I can't go wrong with Western Pest. I have been a customer for 5years now. All of their technician's have been very professional and very accommodating. Thanks Scott. Adam is amazing at his job. I asked that he give me a 5 minute warning so I could meet him at the house and he did. He was very professional and completed the job as directed. Thanks Adam! Kyle was awesome. He worked around my schedule and arrived when he said he would. He listened to my concerns and mixed up a special spray for the earwigs. I sure appreciate that. I love this company. I rescheduled with W.P.C. for Tuesday afternoon and completely spaced I had a pool party scheduled. I was out and about running errands when I received a phone call from Brett wondering if we should reschedule again. I apologized multiple times on the phone because I was so embarrassed. He reassured me that it was completely understandable, that he would take care of it, and I shouldn't think another thing about it. Sure enough - the next morning Tyler showed up the very next morning with a smile on his ready to help in any way he could. Another thing I LOVE about this company - they take notes on each house they work with. I went to inform Tyler about my specific instructions and he said, "Yes I read............. in your notes and I am aware of your concerns. AMZING !!! Best company ever! ~ J R

Clark arrived on time (the company accommodated my request for a schedule change with great friendliness and respect), and he spent as much time as I wanted, in order to answer my questions and explain details about the company’s products and services. I was very impressed with Clark’s technical expertise and customer service, and I’m glad I chose his company to help me protect my property. I will definitely be calling on them again in the future. Update - yesterday was the second time Clark helped me out, and he was helpful as ever. Great personal service from a very good company; phone operators are also very good with scheduling and other help. This is my go-to place for this service, and Clark is the best. ~ Brian C

We have used Western Pest Control for over 5 years to prevent unwanted spiders, roaches and creepy critters from moving in! It is WONDERFUL not having to watch out for a bug or spider anymore, as I often did before we hired their service. Our technician, Trevor, always does a thorough job of spraying inside and outside of the house. He will ask if there are specific places we would like him to spray and never hesitates to oblige. He has sprayed inside the dog house, in window wells, and in a crawl space under the house just to name a few places. I have been very pleased with this company and the service they offer. They go out of their way to please the customer and I recommend them highly to anyone wanting to get rid of pests. ~ Shelly B

On January 20th Jay called to let me know he was on his way and would need the garage opened. He is always so thorough and Western Pest knows I like the garage sprayed every visit. I explained that I was with my father in the hospital so I might not be able to find someone who could run over and open it for him that day and not to worry about it if it was closed when he arrived. He did a thorough job as always. Two days later, after my father passed away, I arrived home to find a gift package from Jay and Western pest. It was a “Hug in a Box.” They didn’t even know that he had passed away but wanted to send support and hope for recovery. It was such a kind gesture and was totally unexpected. Hello, I am finding the time to leave this review because it is important to me to share my experience about this company. The technician Jared who came to do the initial inspection, full cleanup of the entire property, was absolutely amazing! His professionalism and knowledge not to mention his patience is absolutely top notch! Our home had not been sprayed in a very long time and Jared definitely had his work cut out for him, but he did not disappoint in the least! I knew he was going to the best possible job he could when my son seen him on his knees cleaning the cobwebs from under his motorcycle!! The end result was beautiful and it did not look at all like the same place as when he started. I think Jared deserves an extra $10 from his boss! He definitely deserves it! Again, thank you Jared for taking the time to do an excellent job. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! ~ Debra H

I'm a long time customer of Western Pest Control, and probably really can't say enough good things about them. Their pricing is fair in my experience (I have experience with 3 other companies), the initial set-up of all of my services has been hassle free, transparent, and honest, Adam is the Service Manager I have worked with the most and is freakin' outstanding, I've never had a disappointing interaction with any technician, they are amazing at staying in communication, are impressively responsive and have lots of options for communication (call, online 'contact us' page, email, text, which is REALLY great if you have a busy lifestyle like mine and taking the time for a call is rarely an option) I've never dealt with anyone there who wasn't super friendly... They are truly outstanding and deserve the amazing reviews they have. It would not be an exaggeration to say they actually put other's service to shame! ~ Misty T

Glenn did an awesome job as do all the people performing our pest control. We never have the outdoor roach problem we used to have and I even think the spiders are getting better! We had a little mishap with our metal gate not closing properly when he left and my Yorkie’s pups got loose. Luckily they weren’t too hard to get back into the yard. I left a message with the office to let the guys know to be sure and double check the gate when they leave. Two hours later and handsome, dog loving Glenn shows up with this adorable basket full of goodies for my naughty pups 🐶 Totally unnecessary, but thank you Glenn! The boys are digging in 🐾🐾 ~ Deb C

We have used Western Pest Control since moving to St. George a year ago. We have always appreciated the courteous and knowledgeable employees who come to our home once a month. Today was no exception, The Tech, named Chris, was very professional and worked quickly and effectively in spraying the outside of our home and the entire inside of our garage. He asked about any concerns or issues and when we told them we had none, he thanked us for our patronage, shook my hand and left with a smile on his face. I smiled also. I could not say enough good things about this company and their reputation. They provide the best customer service in Southern Utah and their products work! I initially contacted them about bed bugs I brought home from a hotel. WPC was so nice on the phone and a tech arrived at my house in less than 24 hours to inspect. They were able to completely eliminate problem within a couple days. They have been spraying my home every other month since then and we have noticed a huge difference in pests. I was driving on my way up to my new house from out of state and was running late and Austin went above and beyond to make everything work out smoothly and get me taken care of so I could continue my drive up safely and still have my home pest control started without delay. He was very thorough when investigating my home and came up with a plan (and explained it to me in a way I could easily understand) to deal with a rodent problem as well as ways to help be preventative. I feel very well cared for and have complete confidence in his ability to get my home pest free! The office staff was extremely kind and helpful as well. ~ Ally B

I just had the 2nd spray of the Two Shot spray. The first time Mahonri came out to spray. He was so knowledgeable and able to explain things so well. He was understanding of my fear of bugs and was able to calm my mind, and very professional. He did such a great job that I requested him when scheduling the second spray because I knew he would do a fantastic job! Mahonri‘s employer has done a wonderful job educating him and the other employees and he is lucky to have Mahonri as part of his company. The spray made a huge difference, so much so that I plan on signing up for the regular reoccurring sprays once I renew my lease. And Mahonri is who I will be requesting they send out because I have been so impressed by the job he does. I love the peace of mind that comes from an effective spray and wonderful service. These guys are super quick and so professional! We just moved into a new place and found out we have a bit of a roach problem. My mom told me she loved working with Western Pest control, so we contacted them and Kyle was at our door the very next morning. He explained everything thoroughly, worked very quickly, and even took his shoes off at the door! The price is extremely reasonable, and I'm going to sleep better knowing that we're safe from cockroaches, scorpions, even killer bees! I recently bought a home, and my handyman found undeniable termites. I had a lot of contractor work set up and without a quick resolution, my whole schedule would have collapsed. Thank God for Western Pest Control and Mahoney Turley! Scott Carroll is the tech that traveled over an hour to visit my home on a Saturday in response to my report of potential termite damage to our historic home in Kanab. He spent time to fix the problem and took time with me on the phone explaining EXACTLY what the problem was and what he did to ensure resolution. He also took time to check all of traps left last year. He was extremely courteous and very thorough. He's also very knowledgeable about his products and their application. I am so thankful for Western Pest Control! Chris came out first thing in the morning when I called and inspected our situation (bed bugs 😖) and told us how they will treat it and get rid of them, PLUS what to expect over the next few weeks after treatment. We have had Jay with Western Pest Control come to our home many times. We moved into a new home and had some really crazy bug and spider issues. Once figuring out the source and home of these creatures and staying on regular maintenance, our home is now safe inside and out to enjoy our new home and yard. Jay is very friendly, knows his stuff, answers any questions that come up for us and always does a thorough job.
